Dominique Oliver is an equity partner and heads up one of PTE’s design workshops delivering projects from concept to completion. She manages a portfolio of clients and projects, served by a team of architects and urban designers, and is personally involved throughout the design process. Dominique has over 18 years' experience in the housing, mixed-use and regeneration sectors, and has both designed and delivered a series of successful and award-winning projects, ranging from large-scale masterplans to infill sites.
Dominique has a special expertise in co-locating housing with schools, commercial and community uses to create thriving mixed neighbourhoods. She is skilled at encouraging contributions from all parties to unlock complex briefs and sites.
She has a keen interest in cross-industry collaboration to improve the quality and delivery of housing, and has experience of all stages of procurement from concept design to post occupancy evaluation.
Dominique has taught a diploma module at The Bartlett School of Architecture, acted as a mentor for the Future London Leaders Programme and sits on Lewisham’s Design Review Panel.
