Occupying a prominent corner site opposite the station, the development is a key component in the transformational masterplan for Tottenham Hale. It will provide around 98 mixed tenure apartments plus shops and a café restaurant.
Detailed planning was granted in December 2018.
PTE is providing a full service from concept to delivery and is acting as QM for the delivery stages.
