Wallis Road granted planning permission


The London Legacy Development Corporation has resolved to grant planning permission for PTE’s proposals for 115-117 Wallis Road in Hackney Wick.

Located on the route from the station to the Queen Elizabeth Park, the scheme will provide 49 apartments and around 2,000 sqm of workspace for the cultural and creative industries. Together with PTE’s Stone Studios opposite, it is an important piece within the LLDC’s Hackney Wick Central masterplan and was praised by the committee as “beautifully designed”.

The project is a joint venture between developer Groveworld and PTE’s related property company.
