Pollard Thomas Edwards has signed up to join HouseProud, a network group for LGBT+ people working in social housing.
HouseProud is a forum for sharing information and promoting best practice across the industry and supporting its members in their development. It aims to raise awareness of LGBT+ issues across the industry, influence policy, boards and decision makers, develop partnerships and support other organisations and provide a safe space for LGBT+ housing staff. Associate Stephen Morris said:
We’re looking forward to being part of HouseProud and getting involved in sharing, learning and mentoring. Hopefully, we can help the sector become a better employer for LGBT+ colleagues and support HouseProud in delivering a better service to LGBT+ residents.”
