We’re proud to see Walter Tull House featured as an Architects’ Journal Building Study – a real honour, given how selective the AJ’s monthly has become. It’s a thirteen-page feature in the print edition!

Written by Colm Lacey, Walter Tull House is recognised for the clarity of its architecture, its strong urban presence, and its community focus. Indeed, Colm describes the 100 per cent council housing and health centre scheme as “imbuing a sense of resolution and order rare in contemporary housing”. Thank you Colm!

The study concludes: “This is the kind of project that shows there is a positive post-Grenfell future for council housing.”
