South Kilburn NWCC Phase 4 was granted unanimous planning approval from Brent’s planning committee on Wednesday 19 February.

The scheme is the fourth phase of the ongoing South Kilburn regeneration and comprises the proposed redevelopment of 1-8 Neville House, 1-64 Winterleys, 113-128 Carlton House and Carlton Hall, together defined as the NWCC Site.

The project will replace 88 homes with 219 new flats, maisonettes and penthouses, of which 112 are for social rent for existing tenants of South Kilburn. In addition, new streets and open spaces will prioritise children’s play and provide verdant green courtyards for residents.
