Meadows Community Centre and Buchan Street in Cambridge have both been granted planning permission via virtual committee.

The Meadows Centre and Buchan Street redevelopment will consolidate community facilities into a new, fit-for-purpose, highly sustainable and future-proofed, BREEAM Excellent Community Hub at Meadows.

The two projects will also provide a shop, cafe spaces and 106 new council homes to rent for local residents - 78 at Meadows and 28 at Buchan Street.
