For three consecutive years PTE’s own development projects have won a prestigious Housing Design Award - Angel Waterside in 2009, Connaught Gardens in 2010 and this year Arundel Square. The Awards recognise outstanding architecture and innovative building design. The Avenue in Saffron Walden, Essex, also won a Housing Design Project Award.
