We have a track record in unlocking the potential of existing buildings to provide great new spaces to live and work. Our own workplace, formerly a terrazzo factory, is one such example. We understand the constraints and possibilities of historic buildings, and the challenge of working with regulations and environmental standards.

We have also pioneered the conversion of redundant industrial buildings, schools and hospitals into thriving housing and mixed-use developments and integrating restored structures within bigger newbuild projects.
