When designing for both the rental and for-sale markets, we ask what people want from their homes and neighbourhoods and involve then in the design process.

Community-led estate regeneration encourages residents to positively engage with the transformation of rundown estates into connected urban neighbourhoods while cohousing empowers people to shape their own future by creating places which combine independent and collective living.

We also use custom-build, which gives residents the chance to shape their homes, from site and plan layout to external appearance and the internal fit-out.
