New studios for the creative industries will be integrated with 120 loft apartments in a set of five adjoining buildings within a network of yards and lanes. The development will also deliver a new public route connecting Hackney Wick station with the Queen Elizabeth Park.
PTE was co-developer for the site acquisition and detailed planning process. The site was sold in 2017 with permissions in place to Telford Homes, and PTE is acting as quality monitor for the delivery of the project.
