Randall Close granted planning permission

Randall Close has been been granted planning permission. The redevelopment of the Randall Close Day Centre and adjacent car park on the Surrey Lane Estate will create 106 new homes, of which 27 are social rent, 22 shared ownership and 57 private sale.

PTE worked with ARUP as lead consultant on the proposals, which will re-establish street frontages, improve accessibility across the estate and provide new and enhanced landscaped areas including new play space for the estate.

The scheme was described as ‘beautiful buildings’ and ‘well-designed, high quality, good piece of architecture, well considered and thoughtful design’.
