PTE is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst.

You will work alongside the Head of IT and be responsible for the smooth running of the internal IT systems.

This is a key support role within the practice working on a wide range of tasks including helpdesk queries, supporting our office and remote workers, installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and servers.

PTE has an enviable track-record of working with communities, clients and local authorities to create buildings and places people want to live in. Our approach is founded on putting people first, listening to them and understanding their needs.

Key duties include:

  • provide support for hardware, software, infrastructure, and communication systems as well as updating current processes looking to make continual improvements
  • troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • manage support queries from multiple sources that range from 1st to 3rd line
  • experience of Windows 10, Windows Server 2012-2016, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy
  • experience of Microsoft office 365 and Teams.

  • problem solving in a fast-paced environment
  • be friendly and approachable
  • hands on, can do approach
  • articulate and a good communicator
  • positive and proactive in dealing with tasks and support requests
  • prioritising tasks.

Salary dependent on experience.
