PTE is looking for a communications coordinator to join its team in London.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised communications coordinator to assist the communications team. Efficient, reliable and methodical, with excellent attention to detail.
The successful applicant will undertake a wide variety of duties and require excellent communication and organisational skills. Previous office experience is essential, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines and be a proactive team member. The applicant must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
The communications coordinator will work within the communications group and work alongside the communications manager, graphic designer, bid manager, bid coordinator, writer and visualisers. The role will report to the communications manager. This is an interesting and diverse role. It will involve assistance with general project work, internal comms, marketing, events, PR activities and the general day to day running of the comms team.
