The Canada Water Masterplan is a partnership between British Land, Southwark Council and the local community to create an outstanding new town centre for Southwark and London that complements the local area, making an active, positive, long-term contribution to local life. As part of our continued regeneration work in east London, Pollard Thomas Edwards proposed a vision for the new masterplan and designed the submission document and visual identity of the pitch.
Aiming to highlight the contrast between the old and the new at Canada Water, our design is built around a bespoke modern stencil display alphabet that draws upon sign painting, creating an atmosphere appropriate to the submission.
