210 new homes accessed from an existing tree lined drive off one of Gravesend’s premiere roads. The design includes a formal crescent set around a village green, one-off mews houses and a restored meadow area. Off the Village Green lies a small network of streets and lanes of large detached, semi detached and shorter terraces of houses set within retained and newly planted trees.
The master plan provides for numerous sports pitches, a new nursery facility and the incorporation and expansion of an existing gym which will remain on the site. 30% of the units are tenure-blind affordable accommodation arranged in houses and flats which have been clustered in small groups across the whole master plan.
