Simon is PTE’s partner focused on innovation. A process-driven designer, he seeks to unlock the potential for each individual site through the use of technology, including Building Information Modelling (BIM) and off-site construction techniques. A BIM champion and a member of our BIM and IT steering groups, Simon actively promotes the effective integration of technology within our project teams.

Simon is also a co-location specialist, delivering projects involving residential and education buildings. A collaborative worker, he enjoys translating inspirational concepts into viable, deliverable buildings.

Prior to joining PTE, Simon trained in a Leeds practice, gaining experience as a technician on residential and commercial schemes, before relocating to help establish its new satellite London studio.
